A: CPR® was founded in 2004 in Summerville, Georgia.

Q: Can CPR® repair water damaged phones?
A: There is a 85% success rate on repairng water damaged phones.

Q: Does my repair come with any kind of warranty?
A: Yes, your repair, excluding water damaged items, comes with a 180 day warranty.

Q: Can my 180 day warranty be extended?
A: Yes, all warranties can be extended up to one year?

Q: How long does it take mailed in repairs to be repaired?
A: Within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item in the mail is the typical time it takes for it to be repaired.

Q: What are the store hours?
A: CPR® store locations are open 6 days a week. The hours we are open are: Monday through Friday, 10am until 7pm, Saturday: 10am until 6 pm. Sunday we are closed.

Q: Can CPR® repair any other kind of electronic device?
A: Yes! Not only can CPR® repair all makes and models of cell phones, but we are also able to repair iPods, iPads, GPS units, laptops, and gaming systems including PSP, Playstation, and Xbox systems, and many more.

Q: If I have a warranty on my device, and I receive a repair from CPR®, will my warrently no longer be valid?
A: The damage your electronic device receives causes your warranty to no longer be valid.

Q: What will happen to my item if I leave it with CPR® for a long time?
A: CPR® will hold on to a customer’s item for 30 days. After the 30 days have passed, CPR® will recycle the item.

Q: What will happen if I do not wish to have my item repaired?
A: If you do not wish to have your item repaired at CPR®, you will be charged a $15 fee. This fee will be waived if you decide to donate your item to our recycling program.

Q: What are some brands you are capable of repairing?
A: CPR® is fully capable of handing most repairs, including HTC repair, iPhone repair, Samsung repair, Blackberry repair, laptop repair, iPod repair, iPad repair, Playstation repair, Xbox repair, Wii repair, and many other electronic brands!
