Walk-in Repairs

CPR® offers a service that provides quick and simple repair services for our customers. We have an excellent team of skilled repair technicians at all of the CPR® store locations. Because of the simple fact that we have this team of highly trained repair technicians, CPR® is able to provide each customer with speedy repair services. Our technicians are always available to assist each customer that walks through our doors with the best possible services imaginable.

CPR® repair technicians can handle iPhone repair, Blackberry repair, HTC repair, Samsung repair, video game repair, Playstation repair, Xbox repair, Wii repair, electronic repair, iPad repair, iPod repair, and laptop repair.

When a customer walks through our doors, they are able to communicate their repair needs with the technicians at CPR®. The customer and the repair technician can go over together what the issues are with the electronic device. The CPR® repair technician will be able to give the customer an  estimated time frame for their repair and an estimated cost for their repair.

CPR® is not only skilled at repairing any make an model cell phone, but CPR® is also able to handle repairs on other electronic devices as well! From devices with a cracked screen, to phone water damage, and when a phone won’t turn on, CPR® is capable of repairing anything that comes our way.

Mail-in Repairs

CPR® wants to help customers no matter where they live. Even customers who live far away from any of our store locations can still take advantage of the convenient repair service we have to offer. CPR® encourages all electronics users to keep CPR® in mind next time one of their electronic devices decides to malfunction and no longer work properly. Here at CPR®, we offer a mail-in repair service. Customers, no matter what their location is, can mail in their damaged electronic device for repair.

Any electronic owner who is interested in our mail in repair service can download and print out our mail in service request form, which is found here . The requesst form lists detailed instructions on how to properly send out the damaged electronic device to CPR® for repair.

Within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item by mail, one of our CPR® repair technicians will contact you and talk to you about the problem with the electronic device, the estimated cost, and they’ll be able to let you know how long this repair should take. Most mail in repairs are completed within a 48 hour time frame and then sent back to the eagerly awaiting customer.

Modifications

CPR® repair technicians are available to repair any kind of small electronic devices, including smart phones of all kinds, but did you know that they could also perform modifications as well? This is correct, technicians at CPR® are capable of performing a wide number of modificatons to small electronic devices as well. CPR® technicians can make it possible for you to use your favorite cell phone with any service provider you may switch to. They can also give your phone an updated and more modern look. CPR® repair technicians are also able to make your phone usable overseas.
