Mail-in Repairs

No problem, we don’t just assist customers who come to our stores, we also offer an exceptionally handy mail in repair service that allows customers all over to use the repair services that we have to offer!  CPR® can handle all forms of electronic repair, cell phone repair, video game repairs such as iPhoner repair, Samsung repair, Blackberry repair, HTC repair, laptop repair, Wii repair, Xbox repair, Playstation repair, iPod repair, and iPad repair.

Owners of electronic devices all over can rejoice at the fact that they can use the amazing services that CPR® has to offer no matter where they live! CPR® is the oldest and the most trusted cell phone repair company in the industry and we want to offer our services to anyone that needs them. Electronics owners that have a malfunctioning or damaged device can use our convenient mail in service. Our mail in service allows customers to mail in their electronic device to CPR® and have our team of highly trained repair technicians work on their device. The mail in services that we have to offer are also speedy services. The typical time it takes for the average repair to be complete is 48 hours or less. The repair can take longer if we do not have the proper part in stock, but this rarely happens. Our inventory is almost always full.

After a customer mails in their damaged electronic device, they will be contacted by a member of our trained service technicians within 24 hours of them receiving the device. The technician will discuss with the customer the problems with their electronic device and then give the customer an estimated cost for this repair to be made. Once the technician has permission from the customer to proceed with the repair, the technician will get to work on repairing the damaged or malfunctioning electronic device. Within 48 hours, the typical repair is complete and then sent back to the customer.
